Commercial clarity

Plain language. Clear expectations.

These notices explain how the current website behaves, what a service or store brief means, and how RampWright approaches accessibility.

01 / Privacy notice

What happens to your information.

Career applications: the information and optional PDF résumé you submit are stored for private recruiting review and follow-up. Our service inbox receives a notification and a protected manager sign-in link, without application contents or résumé attachments. We retain a submission reference, delivery status, content fingerprint, and hashed network identifier to manage retries and limit abuse. Applications and résumés are stored privately for authorized managers to review. The hiring team can record job-related notes and application status; those records are not public. We send an acknowledgment to your supplied email address. Contact service@rampwright.com with questions about your application information.

This site is designed to minimize data collection. Submitting the guided service-request form saves your contact, aircraft, location, requested timing and service details to RampWright’s protected operations system. A daily hashed network identifier helps limit abusive submissions. The store order-brief builder remains a browser-only expression of interest and does not automatically transmit orders.

Information stored on your device

  • The store may use local browser storage to remember products placed in your Flight Bag.
  • When you select Request this service again, session storage temporarily carries aircraft and service-location details to the request form and clears them after prefilling.
  • The home-page introduction may use session storage so it is not replayed repeatedly during one browser session.
  • You may clear this information using your browser settings.

Information you choose to send

If you select an email action, your chosen email application opens with the brief prepared for you. For email actions, the information leaves your email application when you choose to send it. Service-request submissions are saved when you select Submit service request. Your email provider then processes the message under its own terms. Information received by RampWright will be used to evaluate requests, coordinate service or product interest, respond to questions, prevent misuse, and maintain appropriate business records.

Current website practices

RampWright maintains protected inquiry, service, quote and billing records to coordinate requested work. Authorized staff sign in to access operational records. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe when payment services are enabled; this website does not collect card numbers directly. The site does not run advertising trackers, sell personal information, or share personal information for targeted advertising.

The private client portal uses email verification codes and private session cookies. Clients can create an account after verifying their email; managers explicitly link historical service records. Login codes expire after ten minutes, are limited in attempts, and can be used once. Sessions expire after twelve hours, or thirty days if the client selects the private-device option. Sign out on shared devices. Login attempts use a protected network identifier to limit misuse. It stores contact and aircraft details, service preferences, requests, issued agreements and signature records. Only service records explicitly assigned to an account appear there. Agreement signatures record the document version, typed name, signed-in account identifier and timestamp. Quote acceptance is separate from agreement signing. Contact RampWright to correct account information or request access changes.

Optional client-care preferences include birthday and anniversary month/day, selected greetings or rewards, separate email and text permissions, and permission history. No birth year is required. You can change or withdraw these permissions through your private preferences page. Messages may use the configured email or text provider when activated. Withdrawing optional client-care permission does not erase necessary service or transaction records.

Data care

RampWright intends to limit access to business information to people and providers who need it for the relevant request. No online method is risk-free; do not include passwords, payment-card data, medical information, or confidential maintenance records in a website brief or ordinary email.

02 / Website terms

Use of this website.

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or misuse RampWright’s name, content, visual identity, or materials.

Website content is provided for general information and planning. It is not aircraft maintenance advice, a cleaning authorization, an airworthiness determination, a guaranteed availability statement, or a binding service or product offer. Images identified as art-directed or conceptual illustrate the intended brand and service environment and are not represented as completed customer engagements.

RampWright may correct errors, revise content, change availability, or update these terms. The controlling terms for a commercial engagement are those in the final written proposal, work authorization, invoice, or product checkout presented for that transaction.

03 / Service requests

A brief starts a conversation.

Submitting or emailing a service brief does not schedule work, reserve a time, establish price, authorize access to an aircraft, or create a service contract. A service becomes confirmed only after RampWright and the authorized client agree in writing on the aircraft, scope, exclusions, location, access, timing, price, site requirements, and any required documentation.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for having authority to share aircraft, contact, location, and scheduling details. Do not provide security-sensitive access codes in the website form. Share restricted access information only through an agreed coordination channel.

RampWright provides appearance care. Potential maintenance, damage, safety, security, or airworthiness matters must be referred to the aircraft owner, operator, or appropriately authorized maintenance personnel.

04 / Store, pricing, shipping, and returns

The Flightline Collection is in its private-launch phase.

The current store presents product concepts and lets visitors prepare an expression-of-interest brief. It does not accept payment, transmit an order, reserve inventory, or create a purchase contract. Displayed amounts are launch-price benchmarks, not final offers; tax, shipping, availability, specifications, warranties, and fulfillment have not been finalized.

Chemical, safety, flight-gear, apparel, equipment, and accessory concepts remain subject to supplier validation, testing, labeling, product-liability review, and final specifications. No product is represented as approved, certified, endorsed, or authorized by the FAA, an aircraft OEM, or an aircraft manufacturer.

Before checkout is activated, RampWright should publish complete checkout-specific contact details, accepted payment methods, product specifications, availability, shipping regions and timing, cancellation rules, return windows, refund method, warranty terms, hazardous-material restrictions where applicable, and a complete privacy notice for the commerce providers in use.

05 / Accessibility statement

A premium experience should welcome every visitor.

RampWright is committed to making its website usable for people with disabilities. The site includes semantic headings and landmarks, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, labeled form controls, keyboard-operable galleries and tabs, descriptive alternative text, and reduced-motion behavior for visitors who request it.

Technology and content change. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, call (813) 736-4263 or email service@rampwright.com with the page, the task you were trying to complete, and the assistive technology or browser involved if you are comfortable sharing it. RampWright will work to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative and address the issue.

06 / Ownership and legal review

Brand and content.

This website is operated by RampWright Executive Aircraft Care, LLC. The business correspondence address is 400 N Tampa St, Ste 1550, PMB 174854, Tampa, FL 33602-4719.

Unless otherwise identified, RampWright’s name, emblem, website design, written content, and original visual materials are intended for RampWright business use. Third-party video and imagery remain subject to their respective licenses.

These launch-stage notices describe the current website and are not a substitute for advice from qualified legal, tax, insurance, aviation, privacy, or product-compliance professionals. They should be reviewed and updated before the site accepts payment, automatically collects personal information, or publicly offers commercial service.
