Standard tuition is $299 USD for one participant, paid once. It includes 19 online modules, saved progress, knowledge checks, the workbook, editable presentations and an online completion record. Hands-on training, observed practical assessment and specialist certification are separate and are not included in this online tuition.

Paid access begins when payment is confirmed and lasts 365 days. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. A new purchase is required to renew expired paid access. Create and verify your own Academy account before paying; your enrollment belongs to that account.

Use Academy login with the same verified email address used for your purchase. Academy accounts are separate from the Client Portal and Crew Command. The password-reset option on the Academy login page can help you regain access.

Online completion records learning progress. It is not FAA certification, a maintenance authorization, permission to operate access equipment, or a guarantee of employment or income. Observed practical competence, employer authorization and current aircraft, operator, product and site instructions remain separate requirements.

Stripe provides the secure payment form within RampWright. Review the amount and payment method before paying. Enter card details only in that secure form. An optional wallet such as Link is separate from your Academy account; ordinary card payment does not require a payment plan.

After confirmed payment, a private RampWright receipt is available from My learning and the successful checkout page. Sign in with the purchasing account to view or print it. Stripe may also email a payment receipt. Keep the receipt reference for support.

Do not submit another payment. Open My learning, refresh the page and confirm you are signed in with the purchasing email. If access is still unavailable, contact Academy support with your receipt reference, purchase time and the message you see. A bank authorization or a return to checkout alone does not establish successful enrollment.

For purchases made on or after November 1, 2026, Academy tuition is nonrefundable; we do not offer change-of-mind cancellations after payment, even if lessons have not started. Review the 19-module program, its requirements and 365-day access period before paying. Purchases made before November 1 retain the terms offered at their original checkout. Applicable legal rights are not affected.

Contact service@rampwright.com promptly from the purchasing email with your receipt reference and a description of the problem. Keep both references if you were charged twice. We investigate duplicate or unauthorized charges, try to restore undelivered course access, and review any correction or refund required by law or circumstances. Do not pay again to resolve an access problem; do not send card details.

The nonrefundable policy does not prevent remedies for duplicate or unauthorized charges, paid access RampWright cannot deliver or restore, material failure to provide what was sold, or rights required by law. Email service@rampwright.com with your receipt reference for review. The manager will explain the outcome.
